Unfortunately YES, once an order has been placed,we can make changes as long as order has not shipped. Just contact us as fast as you can through our contact channels.

After dispatching of order, we'll be unable to make changes to your order.

the delivery time for delivery in lahore is 24-36 hours. however, delivery time for all other cities is 2-4 working days.

Yes, we do. but for international shipping, customer has to pay the delivery charges by his/her own.

You have 10 days from your order date to request a return. All items must be unworn with the original tags attached. All items are returnable, except Items marked final sale.

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Yes, we Offer Exchanges, in your order you'll get an refund/ replacement form, fill up that form, courier back the product with that form to our return address. once we receive it, we'll give you a confirmation call about receiving and we'll dispatch your replacement same day from our warehouse.

(there are Rs-200 delivery charges that customer have to pay as COD upon exchange parcel delivery)

once we receive the product, we'll check if it comply our return poicy, if yes, then we'll issue your refund via your provided payment method(fill it up on the form provided with in the parcel) with in 2-3 working days.
