I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I STILL MAKE CHANGES TO MY CART?
Unfortunately YES, once an order has been placed,we can make changes as long as order has not shipped. Just contact us as fast as you can through our contact channels.
After dispatching of order, we'll be unable to make changes to your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact our Customer Care at +92-326-3634554 and we can attempt to make a cancellation. We are unable to halt a shipment once an order is out. You can, however, always return your items to us for credit or a full refund within 10 days of your order date.
CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ENTIRE ORDER?
We do our best to ship your order in full. However, in the rare case that an item is unavailable, we will notify you via Call or Email and refund you for any missing items if you pay in advance.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Economy (3-4 business days) is Rs-200, or free if order value is Rs-2000 regularly.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service
Orders received after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next day.
Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information. If you didn't enter your email while placing your order, a SMS sent to your registered phone number with the tracking number and tracking link.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
the delivery time for delivery in Lahore is 24-48 hours. however, delivery time for all other cities is 3-4 working days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. but for international shipping, customer has to pay the delivery charges by his/her own.

You have 10 days from your order date to request a return. All items must be unworn with the original tags attached. All items are returnable, except Items marked final sale.
We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes, we Offer Exchanges, in your order you'll get an refund/ replacement form, fill up that form, courier back the product with that form to our return address. once we receive it, we'll give you a confirmation call about receiving and we'll dispatch your replacement same day from our warehouse.
(there are Rs-200 delivery charges that customer have to pay as COD upon exchange parcel delivery)
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
once we receive the product, we'll check if it comply our return policy, if yes, then we'll issue your refund via your provided payment method(fill it up on the form provided with in the parcel) with in 2-3 working days.
MY PURCHASE WENT ON SALE RIGHT AFTER I ORDERED IT. CAN YOU HONOR THE SALE PRICE?
please contact us at our customer support channel. If the item went on sale within 24 hours after you purchased it, we can honor the sale price. We will refund the difference through your desired payment method.
